RATES AND POLICIES

 RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

After your itinerary has been set and confirmed, Great Range Mountain Guides will send an invoice or payment can be made via PayPal buttons on the site.

​

Cancellations made two weeks prior to the booking are eligible for a refund or a credit for a future date, within one calendar year.

​

Cancellations made between two weeks and seven days before the booking are eligible for a credit for a future date, within one calendar year.

​

Cancellations made within seven days before the scheduled booking will forfeit the deposit. Travel insurance is recommended for longer itineraries.

​

If a day is cancelled, at the guides discretion, due to weather or conditions a refund or credit will be issued, at the guests choosing.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING FEE

ONE GUEST

$250/$350/$500

Half Day/Full Day/Extended Day

These are the rates for a half day, full day and extended day, respectively, with Great Range Mountain Guides. Rates include instruction and technical climbing gear (helmet, harness, shoes, and belay device). Not included is food, lodging or gratuities.

TWO GUESTS

$350/$500/$600

Half Day/Full Day/Extended Day

These are the rates for a half day, full day and extended day, respectively, with Great Range Mountain Guides for two climbing guests. Rates include instruction and technical climbing gear (helmet, harness, shoes, and belay device). Not included is food, lodging or gratuities.

THREE GUESTS

$450/$600

Half Day/Full Day

These are the rates for a half day and full day, respectively, with Great Range Mountain Guides for three climbing guests. Rates include instruction and technical climbing gear (helmet, harness, shoes, and belay device). Not included is food, lodging or gratuities.

FOUR GUESTS

$500/$700

Half Day/Full Day

These are the rates for a half day and full day, respectively, with Great Range Mountain Guides for four climbing guests. Rates include instruction and technical climbing gear (helmet, harness, shoes, and belay device). Not included is food, lodging or gratuities.

Half days are defined as four hours or less and typically run from 8:30-12:30.

Full days are defined as eight hours and typically run from 8:30-4:30.

Extended days are defined as anything over eight hours, often meeting before 8:30 and ending after 4:30.
